Man it's been a while.
In the past couple years, my 1943 started playing blind. I finally got around to troubleshooting it, and found a blown main fuse. Just to check, I replaced the fuse and tried to start it with the degausser unplugged. It blew the new fuse after 20 seconds.

- The HOT collector is in the thousands of ohms to ground, and which rises quickly
- D18 is not shorted
