Prom Programmer Recommendations?

I have a few Eprom programmers, but none do Proms. Looking for something to do things like Pac-Man Proms and Punch-Out Proms (82s131).

Prefer to find something that works easily with current day Windows. Really don't want a 25 year programmer that I have to configure and troubleshoot.

Any advice?
