Monitor pop sound

Hey all, I had a pop sound happen on my monitor the other night, and all of a sudden my blue color drive increased dramatically, and the screen also got a slight bit lighter, but that could have just been the shift in color that made it appear slightly brighter.

I adjusted the blue drive and got i t back to normal, and I still have this control over the blue, so I'm not sure what exactly happened with that pop. All is again looking great.

Anyone know about anything like this?
