13" Megatouch monitor in a Cherry Master or a Pot O' Gold?

Is there a way to use a Megatouch touchscreen 13" monitor in a Cherry Master game, even though it does not require a touch screen? Would I need some type of adaptor? Also, can a Megatouch touchscreen monitor be used in a Pot O" Gold machine since they are touchscreen games?
