FS Game: Sea Raider (norcal) $150

I picked up this game about a year or so ago, it worked when I got it. I got it for a buddy of mine who no longer can handle it. (space issues)

I just plugged it in, and I'm really not sure what it's doing, butit doesn't appear to be playing.
