Pacman & Rally-X same cocktail cab?

I had my list of games filled, but was looking for a cocktail for a project down the road some time. I found a Pacman today, but already have a nice upright version of the game.

My kids like Rally-X and I was wondering if it's just a parts swap to convert it.

If they are the same then I'll start hunting down the parts for it.
