Omega Race - background artwork help

I've just picked up a nice Omega Race, but the artwork that goes behind the glass mirror isn't installed properly. I can't work out how it is supposed to fit. There are two parts, one I assume goes on top and one on the rear. Both have perforations in them to allow them to bend.

The monitor surround and gel filter is also missing - does anyone have a pattern for this I can copy to make a new one?
