Megatouch Maxx "Subnet ID" Error

Hey guys. I've got a standup Megatouch that my dad plays the hell out of now that he's retired. He calls me today and tells me that everytime he tries to play it, it will work for a few games and them displays this...



Any idea why or how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks - Mike.
