Calling All Programmers Compiler Needed

Myself and a friend of mine are working on a project together. The details of it I can’t release just yet. We are looking for a specific linking compiler that we can’t find anywhere. The compiler is a Phar Lap linkLoc linker 4.0(or any version for that matter). It is an embedded linker that has specific uses for the 8086 processor. If anyone out there can get me a working copy it would really be appreciated. There will also be a cash reward too.
