FS Game: FS: ArcadeVGA pci-express card

I bought this video card to hookup to my commodore monitor, but couldn't get it to work. I installed the driver in safe mode but it wont load into windows normally. I don't have the time figure this out, so it's up for sale. Price is $60 shipped.

The label on the back of the card reads "ATI Radeon HD2400 256M DDR2 PCIE"
