Golden Tee Complete question

I've got a friend who wants to sell me a golden tee game. He says it has 29 courses on it. The marquee says 2005 but am I correct in assuming this has to be a "golden tee complete pcb" in it?

Also, I have a golden tee 2005 currently with a red board. Can I swap this with a green golden tee complete board (plug and play)? I think I read somewhere that I would have to swap power supplies or something as well.
