Newer Midway games - help

I have a gauntlet DL - and it would go into a loop of rebooting once it goes to title screen, it reboots over and over.

I checked the voltages and at 5.1- next i spent $50 bucks on a new power sply. -it still does the same thing. I worked for like 1 day with new power sply(i set it to 5.1 volts also)

Today i was working on a midway skins golf game, and now its doing the same thing....

anybody have any ideas..?
