G-Net System Error 000777.

It has the "MOD BIOS". Actually tried flashing it multiple times..
I use a Sandisk Ultra, 4GB, 30MB/s card.
I get System Error 000777 with CF adapter.

Any ideas?
Bad BIOS, CHD, Adapter or CF card?
