sea raider VS sea devil

after looking all over for a sub game, and buying a sea raider, i came across a sea devil near my home. i'm going to look at it, see if cosmetically its better than mine. i dont expect it to work, so the question is: is sea devil a better game, and why? its it a lot better, or just marginally better?
